Order
I haven't gotten a tracking number yet?
Once your order is placed you will receive an email with your order number# and purchase details. Tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.
(*Please noted that most of our products are made-to-order, (2-7 business days for brass stamps, 1-2 business days for patterns & 15-20 business days for lasts), specific production lead time are written in the product description.
Can I change my address after order placed?
Yes, but you can only change your shipping addressbeforeit’s shipped.
Currency
Why does the price changed during checkout?
All orders are processed in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) using the latest exchange rate, so the price displayed at checkout page is in HKD instead of your local currency, like USD/EUR. The amount charged is the same just the currency displayed is different.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies slightly among different countries. We ship our packages with DHL/UPS/FedEx Express, normally it takes 3-5 business days to arrive most countries.

Do you sell soles?
No , we do not sell soles.
Where can I get soles for my projects?
All the soles are taken from theoriginal authentic pairs, which means you have to buy a pair and take it apart. That’s the ONLY way to acquire soles for your customisation projects.
